CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

No refunds are allowed.

Transfers:

  • Transfer must be approved by management by contacting us here (email).
  • Transfers are allowed up to 15 days prior to the event.
  • Transfers made within 7-14 days are subject to $60 fee.
  • No transfers allowed within 7 days prior to the event.
  • Abuse of transfers can lead to forfeiting total amount.
All transfers will be processed as follows:
  • Your original order/registration will be cancelled.
  • A "store credit" will be issued to your account in the amount of your original purchase (less the $60.00 transfer fee, if applicable, as noted above).
  • A conformation of your store credit will be emailed to you, with your redemption code, to the email address associated with your account.
  • You can always access your store credit redemption code by going to: My Account>Dashboard>Store Credit (listed on the dashboard page)
  • You can now register for the new event date, or group you would like to transfer to, or save your credit for a later date.
  • All store credits will expire 1 year from issue date. No exceptions.

Store Credits:

  • All store credits will be issued upon management approval (includes transfer credits).
  • All store credits will be issued in the form of a digital coupon code that can be accessed by going to: My Account>Dashboard>Store Credit (listed on the dashboard page)
  • All store credits will expire 1 year from issue date. No exceptions.
